- Winter weather can be unpredictable. Weather-related refunds are not offered; guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance. All wheel drive and winter tires are recommended in winter.
- Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests during occupancy. The tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and representatives harmless from any claims or legal actions arising from the tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
